Iveta Blenheim Apricot Scone Mix is made with Blenheim apricots, the finest apricots on the market, grown in California's Central Valley. Our wholesale scone mix is packed two large foodservice bags per case. One bag makes 96/2oz scones.

Ingredients

Enriched, unbleached wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), organic sugar, dried apricots, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla powder (dextrose) and salt.
