Since 1991 our goal has been to produce food that makes a difference – comfort food that’s as good as it gets – whether it’s easy, all-natural artisan baking mixes designed for today’s busy lifestyles, or simple, freshly prepared meals served at our cafes that recall the good times and sense of community we enjoyed growing up in the working class neighborhoods of Chicago.
